MetoroHub ("the Extension") is a productivity tool designed to organize and manage AI chat threads (Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini) into project-based folders. We are firmly committed to user privacy and data security.

2. Data Collection and Storage

MetoroHub does not collect, track, transmit, or sell any personal data or chat content to external servers.

• Local Storage: All user preferences, project structures, and chat mappings are stored entirely within your local browser instance via the browser's built-in local storage API (WebExtensions storage.local).
• No Remote Processing: No chat prompts, responses, or project names are ever transmitted to any third-party or developer-controlled cloud backends.
• Session Isolation: Active conversation IDs and tenant contexts are processed locally on the client to isolate and switch workspaces securely.

3. Permissions

• storage: Required exclusively to save user-defined project names, chat assignments, and language settings locally.
• tabs: Required to detect active chat URLs within supported AI tools and navigate to selected conversations.

4. Third-Party Services

The Extension interacts directly with Google Gemini and Microsoft Copilot via DOM within your active browser tabs. The Extension does not alter the privacy practices or data policies of these underlying services.
